We are looking for a dedicated and qualified driving instructor with a passion for teaching. At Körkort 247 AB, you work closely with students, many with neurodevelopmental diagnoses, and help them pass their driving test in a safe and calm manner. About Körkort 247 AB: We are a driving school that places extra emphasis on approach, safety, and structure. We provide B-license training using automatic transmission vehicles and have a special focus on students with neurodevelopmental needs. For us, the most important thing is that the student feels seen, understood, and receives an approach that works for them. We are looking for someone who: Holds a valid driving instructor license and is approved by the Swedish Transport Agency. Has patience, empathy, clarity, and a calm demeanor. Is interested in or has experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental diagnoses. Speaks and writes Swedish fluently. It is a merit if you: Have education or experience with neurodevelopmental needs, in your family or professionally. Enjoy working in a structured manner, with routines that create safety for the student.
