About the Job As an instructor with us, you will teach adult participants in both theory and practice within heavy-duty traffic. You will play a central role in providing participants with the right knowledge to meet labor market needs, while contributing to traffic safety and professional competence. Your Responsibilities Plan, conduct, and follow up on instruction in heavy-duty traffic (C, CE). Teach both in the classroom and in vehicles. Support and motivate participants in their development. Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment. Provide training in various professional development areas, such as YKB. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who holds driving licenses for categories C and CE. A category D license is advantageous but not required. You must have held your licenses for at least 2 (two) years. Additionally, you should have good industry knowledge, preferably previous teaching experience and knowledge of grading and assessment. You have a genuine interest in sharing your professional expertise, are pedagogically skilled, solution-oriented, and want to see others succeed. What's Important for This Role Approved commercial driving instructor for C/CE (D) (one or more categories). Ability to teach both practically and theoretically. Pedagogical skills and interest in teaching. Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. It's a Plus If You Also Have YKB training competence. Teaching or mentoring experience.
