Traffic Coordinator Needed for Logistics Company in Malmö!

Do you want to work with transport planning in a role with many contact points, and do you have the ability to start immediately? Then this could be the role for you. In this role, you will work with daily planning and coordination of transports throughout Europe and ensure that these run according to plan. You have contact with both customers and transporters and ensure that bookings are handled correctly. In case of any deviations, you are the one who follows up and finds solutions. The work includes, among other things, receiving transport bookings via email, registering them in the system, and following up on deliveries. You will also have ongoing dialogue with customers regarding status and any changes. This is a consulting assignment with working hours during the day, Monday to Friday. The start is immediate and the position runs until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension. You will be employed by us and work at the client's office in Malmö. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR This is what we are looking for: A person with previous experience in the forwarding and transport industry and education at least at upper secondary level or equivalent. You must have good knowledge of English in both speech and writing, as English is the group language. You also master Swedish fluently in both speech and writing. German or Spanish is a merit. Good knowledge of the Office package, as well as experience working in different IT systems. As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and flexible. You thrive in a role where a lot is happening and where you need to reprioritize throughout the day. You are a team player who finds it easy to collaborate and are comfortable in contact with both customers and suppliers. You always put the customer's best interests first!
