Traffic Coordinator

About the Company We are now recruiting a Traffic Coordinator for a large, international company based in Landskrona. In this role, you will be part of a specialized team responsible for the company's most strategically important customers and serve as a central point of contact between the customer, traffic departments, and internal functions. More information about the customer company will be provided during a phone interview. This position is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Emploid and hired out to the customer company. About the Role As a Traffic Coordinator, you will be an important part of a team working to ensure a high level of service for some of the company's largest and most complex customers. The role serves as a hub between the customer and internal departments, where you are responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring quality of transport flows throughout the entire process. The work is administrative and event-driven with a focus on monitoring, control, and problem-solving. You will monitor deviations, review bookings, manage documentation, follow up on costs and lead times, and ensure that appropriate measures are taken when something does not go according to plan. The environment is characterized by a fast pace, great responsibility, and many contact points both nationally and internationally. More specifically, the position includes: - Coordinate and monitor transport flows for strategically important customers - Serve as a contact person between customer and internal traffic departments - Handle bookings, deviations, and customer inquiries - Ensure that transport assignments are carried out according to agreement - Review documentation and invoices About You We are looking for someone who is thorough, takes responsibility, and has a strong focus on service.
