As Traffic Manager of DSV's two departments Road Express and Brokerage in Landskrona, you will be part of a cohesive team. The position is a temporary role with the possibility of extension. About the Role As Traffic Manager, you have overall responsibility for leading, developing, and ensuring efficient operations within the Road Express and Brokerage business areas. The role combines operational leadership, business development, and people management, making you a central key person in the company's continued success. Your Main Areas of Responsibility Lead, coach, and allocate work within the Road Express and Brokerage business areas. Responsible for the department's operational activities and ensuring high quality in delivery. Have people management responsibility and actively contribute to matters concerning employee development, skills supply, and recruitment. Participate in daily operations as needed and support the team in operational work. Ensure clear and professional communication with both internal and external customers, for example in case of deviations. Monitor the department's finances, key performance indicators, and results, and drive improvement initiatives. Handle pricing inquiries and contribute to profitable business arrangements. Evaluate, develop, and follow up on collaborations with subcontractors. Who Are You? Previous experience as Traffic Manager or in another management role in the transport and logistics industry is a merit. Qualifications Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Previous management experience is a merit. Experience from the transport, freight forwarding, or logistics industry is a merit.
