About the Work Work tasks can vary but mainly involve helping our customers with different types of gardening work, such as grass/hedge trimming, planting vegetation, weeding, pruning shrubs and trees, etc. To work with us, you should ideally be interested in gardening and not afraid of getting a little dirt under your nails. We place great importance on personal suitability of our staff. Customers are usually private individuals but can also be companies or housing cooperatives. Previous gardening experience is desirable and a strong interest in gardening is a merit. You work independently and have great opportunities to manage your own time. We schedule so that you have your own regular customers, which provides security for both the customer and staff. You are responsible, flexible, and solution-focused. You are hired on an hourly basis and are not obligated to anything—you work on your own terms. You are of course insured and we follow collective agreements. Salary is individual and can vary depending on different assignments but always follows the agreement. We look forward to receiving your application. Interviews will take place on a rolling basis.
