Job Responsibilities As a garden worker, you will help our customers with a wide range of garden services. Examples of work tasks include: Pruning hedges, shrubs, and trees Lawn mowing and general maintenance of green spaces Weed removal and moss control Maintenance and improvement of gardens and outdoor environments You will work closely with our head gardeners and other team members to ensure that each customer receives professional service and well-executed work. Assignments consist mainly of individual projects, but you will also work with recurring customers depending on needs. Who Are You? We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and service-oriented person who enjoys practical outdoor work. You have a genuine interest in garden care and like to deliver high-quality work. We would appreciate it if you: Have experience in gardening, park maintenance, or similar tasks Are responsible, thorough, and independent Have good teamwork skills and enjoy working in a team Speaks Swedish or English fluently, both spoken and written We value people who are not afraid of physical work and who are willing to go the extra mile when the situation requires it. You enjoy working outdoors year-round, regardless of weather conditions.
