Swoosh is looking to expand our team and we're now hiring a Vacuum Truck Operator/Driver to help us meet the demand from our customers. Job Responsibilities The work as a vacuum truck operator is very diverse with significant customer contact. You'll have your own responsibility for a truck and perform work at customer sites. The job involves removing materials such as wood chips, sand, concrete, and more from properties using vacuum technology. The waste is then transported to a waste facility. As an operator on a vacuum truck, you always work in pairs, which means close collaboration with a colleague. Work with vacuum trucks requires good physical fitness. Your Profile We're looking for someone who: Has a C-class driver's license and valid YKB certification Is a safe and responsible driver Can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing Can work independently and has good teamwork skills Is social and enjoys extensive customer contact You enjoy getting involved, taking responsibility, and working with people – that's the most important thing! We want you to be a fearless, creative team player who likes problem-solving and taking on new challenges. We place great importance on personal qualities such as being self-driven, organized, and responsible. You need to be stress-resilient and enjoy working independently, while also being a team player. In your driver role, you meet customers daily, so it's important that you have good customer service instincts and are comfortable with upselling and identifying new business opportunities.
