Job Description: Personal Assistant Based on the client's needs, we are seeking a female personal assistant for a 17-year-old girl with severe developmental disabilities. The girl is blind, has a stoma, and requires comprehensive care and support. She needs help with all personal hygiene, daily tasks, and activities. Lifting and physical support for the girl are part of the job, as exercise is part of her daily routine. Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities You are an energetic and cheerful woman between 25–60 years old. As a person, you are fearless, curious, willing to take initiative, social, and forward-thinking, with a respectful and empathetic approach. You have a humble and respectful attitude toward other people. It is a plus if you are interested in music and have a childlike spirit, as the girl enjoys music, play, and fun. You must have experience in care and support work and be able to speak fluent Swedish. Since there is a lot of floor-based exercise with the girl, you must not have any back problems. There are two cats in the home, so you must not be allergic to or afraid of cats. A driver's license is a plus but not required. Of course, you are smoke and tobacco-free. Additional Information Employment Type: Fixed-term employment for the duration of the assistance assignment Scope: 100% Working Hours: Weekdays 1:45 PM–8:45 PM and weekends 6:45 AM–8:45 PM (morning or afternoon). Full days during holidays according to specific work schedule. Start Date: Onboarding as soon as possible We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement.
