Hourly Substitute Teacher Needed at Föräldrakooperativet Havskatten Föräldrakooperativet Havskatten is seeking an hourly substitute teacher to support our operations. Havskatten is an I Ur och Skur preschool located in Traneberg, Bromma. The preschool was founded in 2005 and is situated in an area close to meadows, forests, and water, providing excellent conditions for outdoor education and nature experiences as part of our daily activities. Today we have approximately 35 children and our team consists of eight educators and one cook. We strive to offer a safe, stable, and developmentally enriching environment for the children. Staff professional development is an important part of our operations. We offer, among other things, outdoor work clothing, educational meals, and a varied work schedule. About the Operations We work with a focus on learning in outdoor environments, while we value continuity, collaboration, and a professional approach in our team. The children's safety and development are at the center of our work. Meals are prepared on-site by our cook, and we aim for nutritious and well-balanced meals as part of a sustainable and conscious operation. About the Role As an hourly substitute teacher, you will work in one of our three classrooms and support our regular staff in educational activities and daily childcare. You will help create a safe and structured day for the children in accordance with the preschool's methods and routines. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is trained as a childcare worker or has other relevant experience working with children. Previous preschool experience is a plus. To thrive in this role, we see that you are responsible, collaboration-oriented, and have a genuine interest in children's development and learning. You feel comfortable spending much of the day outdoors while the operation also has access to appropriate indoor facilities. Havskatten is a parent cooperative run by engaged guardians in close collaboration with the principal and staff.
