The school has a municipality-wide inclusive program for students with general/severe language disorders - Language Track. We have students with language disorders included in all grade levels. Read more here: https://learningstudy.se/m/index.php?page=adk 5 position(s). JOB DUTIES We are looking for substitute teachers who can work in the school and in the after-school program. As a substitute teacher, you work based on the regular teacher's planning and instructions. You lead and organize the work in the classroom and collaborate with other teachers in the work team to ensure well-functioning instruction and a good learning environment. As a substitute in the after-school program, you collaborate with teaching staff during the school day and subsequently work in after-school activities, where you participate in and support activities that create a safe, stimulating, and meaningful environment for the students. QUALIFICATIONS You work well collaborating with students, colleagues, guardians, and other staff. You adapt activities and your approach based on students' needs. You have a genuine interest in children and easily create secure relationships, while being flexible, responsible, and taking your own initiative. Meritorious: • Pedagogical education at upper secondary or higher education level • Experience working in school or after-school programs • Knowledge of NPF • Great weight will be placed on personal qualities The position requires good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
