Tibblehemmet is now recruiting hourly substitutes who can come in on short notice to work during regular staff's short-term absences and occasional vacation days. About the job As an hourly substitute with us, your task will be to contribute to quality of life for our residents. The work is a varied job that suits you if you are driven by making a difference. Daily work tasks include, among other things, practical assistance with care, personal hygiene, mobility support, assistance with meals, social interaction, and activities. We are looking for you who are genuinely interested in working with people. You enjoy providing good service, building meaningful relationships, and want to provide quality of life to our residents. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care and elderly individuals and can see the needs of seniors. Tibblehemmet is centrally located in direct connection to Täby centrum and consists of 99 apartments distributed over 4 floors. It is a senior living facility with a focus on somatic care. Who are you? We are looking for you who: - Have a strong commitment to providing support and assistance to other people. - Express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. As communication and documentation are important work tools in our operations, this is a requirement. - Feel comfortable using digital tools. We consider it a merit if you have: - Previous experience working in elderly care. - Education in care and nursing. - Knowledge of the systems Pulsen Combine, AlfaSign it, EasitGo, and Medvind.
