Job Duties
We are looking for you to work within SÖM (Structured Open Care Malmö) and Open Care LARO.
SÖM
Your assignment is to work together with colleagues to provide structured open care for people with harmful use and addiction. Within the framework of the operation, you will plan and implement structured open care both in group and individual settings. Treatment primarily takes place during daytime, Monday to Friday, according to a schedule that includes treatment conversations as well as activities and other psychosocial support measures.
The operation has a total of 20 places distributed between two groups. The target group consists of adult individuals with various types of harmful use and addiction who need enhanced structure around treatment measures.
Open Care LARO
We initially work hands-on with practical matters, and after a time transition to a more recovery-oriented approach. The service should be effective and accessible based on the individual's needs.
The goal is to make the target group more compliant with their maintenance treatment and to help individuals remove daily obstacles and achieve increased quality of life. Contact with the target group is both individual in the form of psychosocial support and practical assistance, but also includes shared meals (breakfast and lunch) as well as participation in joint voluntary activities and theme groups. The assignment includes collaboration with both IFO Investigation, which is the contracting authority, and other actors the individual has contact with.
The semi-structured open care takes place during daytime, Monday to Friday. The operation has a total of 12 places that Malmö residents apply for through their social worker at IFO Investigation.
Qualifications
We are looking for you to have completed or ongoing social work education or other higher education/vocational training in social work. You should also have good computer skills and good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
Meritorious for the position:
experience working with harmful use and addiction
experience in change management
experience with collaborations/partnerships with other actors
experience with record keeping
training in ÅP, MI, CM, CRA, Recovery-oriented approach, First Aid for Mental Health, Comorbidity Manual
B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles
