You will work at several of our preschools and with children of different ages. You play, read, sing, and draw with the children. You contribute practically by helping with activities such as dressing and undressing, hygiene, and meals. You are active both indoors and outdoors. Together with other competent colleagues, you contribute to a safe, fun, and developmentally stimulating environment for each child. Your Experience For this position, you must have: – good ability to express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing. It is advantageous if you also have: – ongoing or completed upper secondary or post-secondary education as a childcare professional – experience working in a preschool – experience from care, social services, or other activities where you have worked with people and/or children previously. You have an easy time collaborating and building good relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians. You listen, relate to others, and are adaptable. In a self-directed manner, you have the ability to manage, structure, and take responsibility for your time and work tasks. At the same time, you easily take initiative, find solutions, and start activities without waiting for instructions. To deliver in the role, it is important that you are flexible, adaptable, and reachable. You answer your phone and can quickly and promptly come to one of the preschools. You have no problem working at multiple preschools, in different departments, and with children of different ages. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
