Personal assistants are exempt from the full-time norm. 50 position(s). Job Description As a temporary care worker in special housing, you support elderly people in their daily lives. Your work tasks vary depending on the facility and its needs, but may include: personal care (e.g., assistance with hygiene, dressing, and meals) social support and activities service tasks (e.g., meal serving, cleaning, and laundry) documentation according to current procedures (often digital) handling medication under delegation from a nurse, or tasks assigned by a physiotherapist or occupational therapist collaboration with colleagues, nurses, and other professionals Work hours are scheduled for day, evening, weekend, and night shifts. Your work schedule is based on the facility's needs and may therefore vary. Qualifications We are looking for you who: are at least 18 years old. are comfortable using digital tools, such as computers, phones, and tablets. can independently and without difficulty communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. This is a requirement to ensure patient safety and proper documentation in your work. It is a plus if you have: experience working in health and care and with documentation in care. training in health and care education and/or a vocational certificate as a nursing assistant. ongoing or completed upper secondary education or equivalent education that the employer deems equivalent. As a person, you are service-oriented, calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions. You are empathetic and can quickly understand another person's perspective or situation. You have a genuine interest in helping others. The job suits you if you work collaboratively and relate to others in a responsive and flexible manner.
