We are seeking temporary staff for personal care assistance. Working Hours Depending on which client you work with, working hours will vary. This could include 24-hour shifts, daytime, evening shifts, and on-call nights. You will work both weekdays and weekends. Onboarding Before your first work shift, you will be introduced by a supervisor on-site, where you will learn the tasks, routines, and the client's needs. You will also complete online training and receive medication delegation authorization. 4 position(s). WORK TASKS The assignments involve comprehensive care work, where you need to be comfortable working independently and being physically active. It is a responsible and meaningful assignment where you make a real difference for another person every day. You may have assignments with one or multiple clients. You work in the client's home, but also collaborate with colleagues, family members, and other professionals in the client's circle. Work tasks may include: • Personal care, including bathing, toilet visits, and hygiene routines • Client transfers using assistive devices - this requires good technique and experience • Medication management according to delegation • Support with meals, tube feeding may occur • Cleaning, laundry, and other household tasks • Social support and presence • Participation in activities, such as walks or outings • Documentation according to applicable routines in our systems QUALIFICATIONS Who are you? You have previous experience working in personal care assistance or another form of care work and are confident in your professional role. You are accustomed to taking responsibility, working independently, and acting professionally in various situations. Your commitment to good care is evident in how you treat clients, family members, and colleagues. It is desirable that you have previously held medication delegation authority and have worked according to implementation plans and followed up on interventions according to decisions. To thrive in this role, you need to be organized, have good judgment, and be able to build trusting relationships. We place special emphasis on empathy, service orientation, and integrity - qualities that are central to everything we do. Documentation is a natural part of the work, as is communication with clients, family members, colleagues, and other professionals. Therefore, good Swedish language skills are required, both spoken and written.
