We work in close collaboration to create comprehensive solutions for our students. Our work is based on each student's opportunity to develop and learn throughout the day. The department's operations span the entire municipality and include preschools, primary schools F-9, adapted primary school, after-school care, food services and facility maintenance, native language instruction, and library services. A Day as a Substitute Teacher at Nyhedens School The main task in the work is to teach and inspire students based on curriculum guidelines. Learning can happen in many ways and all students are different and have different needs. You will constantly receive immediate feedback on your contribution in the form of curious questions, raised eyebrows, laughter, and discussions that arise. Your Qualifications To succeed as a substitute teacher in school, we see that you are flexible and have good interpersonal skills. It is meritorious if you have a pedagogical education or experience working in schools or with young people. Personal suitability is given great weight.
