The work is varied, developmental, and based on creating good relationships and providing individually tailored support according to each person's needs and wishes. Your Assignment Nacka Municipality's group and service housing provides accommodation for adults according to the Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Disabilities (LSS). Customers live in their own apartments with access to common areas that create opportunities for community and social interaction. As an hourly temporary staff member, you provide individually tailored support and service in customers' daily lives. The work is based on each person's needs, wishes, and circumstances, with the goal of creating security, participation, and good living conditions. You support customers in living as independently as possible, while respecting their integrity and self-determination. Through your commitment, you contribute to a meaningful and enriching everyday life for each individual. The role includes daily documentation and close collaboration with colleagues and family members. Work Tasks The work is varied and will include support with: personal care, hygiene, and medication management shopping and meal preparation planning daily and weekly activities recreational activities Introduction always takes place at the respective facility. We offer the opportunity to work: day, evening, and weekend shifts day, evening, weekend, and overnight care shifts night shifts only Your Experience To be suitable for this position, you need to: be at least 18 years old have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written have good physical ability have a genuine commitment to working with people It is an asset if you have relevant education and/or previous experience in this field.
