The primary school/adapted primary school operation is part of the Education Department. The operation includes 21 primary schools as well as adapted primary school with a total of approximately 4,500 students. Four of the primary schools are secondary schools while the others, with a few exceptions, cover grades F-6. The operation also includes after-school programs. Mariebergsskolan is a school for everyone as it houses preschool class through grade 9 along with adapted primary school. Mariebergsskolan is where students, parents, and staff experience safety, trust, and community. The goal of the operation is for everyone to succeed based on their circumstances, and the foundation for this is a positive school climate, staff engagement, and pedagogical skill. The school is characterized by very good cohesion, a warm climate, and committed teachers where we support each other and help so that everyone can progress as far as possible. 5 position(s). DUTIES As a substitute, you support regular staff in daily operations. Your tasks may include: Serving as a substitute teacher during short absences and following planned instruction. Supporting students in their learning and development. Assisting students during breaks. QUALIFICATIONS Language Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Experience Experience working in a school or other educational activity. Leadership Qualities Experience leading or taking responsibility for groups of children, for example in sports activities or community organizations. You organize and plan your work well, work according to a clear process where you complete what you start. You set timeframes and meet deadlines. You are confident in yourself, stand up for your opinions, and have the courage to speak up when needed. You have the ability to separate fact from person and can feel secure even in uncertain situations. You actively take initiative in social settings, step forward, and find it easy to create new relationships and maintain them. Salary Form: Hourly wage. Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
