JOB DUTIES The main responsibilities consist of preparing, conducting, and following up on lessons for absent teachers. Work hours and tasks may vary based on operational needs. The position covers all subjects, both theoretical and practical. QUALIFICATIONS • You are at least 18 years old and have completed upper secondary education or vocational training, for example through Komvux • You have a command of the Swedish language that allows you to communicate with children/students and staff Meritorious: • Education in pedagogy • Started or completed teacher or preschool teacher education • Work experience from schools or preschools You have good interpersonal skills, can take own initiative, and work well with others. You are flexible and can step in with short notice to cover for absent staff. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
