Jämtlands Gymnasieförbund is responsible for upper secondary education, adapted upper secondary education, and portions of adult education in our member municipalities. The association's eight schools are located in natural, mountain-adjacent environments spread across six municipalities – Berg, Bräcke, Krokom, Ragunda, Åre, and Östersund.

Description
We are seeking part-time substitute teachers for Jämtlands Gymnasium Wargentin who can step in with short notice when needed. These positions are primarily for teaching and may cover multiple subjects and programs.
You will be called in as needed and will have the opportunity to work with young people at a large and comprehensive upper secondary school.
Your Future Tasks
As a substitute teacher, you will assist teachers and work teams, primarily with teaching. Needs may exist in subjects such as music, economics, physical education, mathematics, English, Swedish, languages, social studies, history, and vocational subjects. Other tasks related to the teaching role may also occur.
You may work in different programs depending on the school's needs.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone such as a student, retiree, or person with part-time employment who wants to work more. You are studying to become a teacher or have other education or experience.
You want to work with young people and have the ability to collaborate with students, guardians, colleagues, and school leadership. You are also willing to learn the documentation and assessment that may be expected in the teaching role and use IT as a natural tool in your work.
In your application, we would like you to tell us which subjects you prefer to substitute teach. Feel free to also write about any expertise you have in other areas.
