JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Your responsibilities include substituting for regular staff during their absence, working as either a student assistant or teacher. This may involve full days, individual hours, or possibly longer substitute assignments. As a student assistant, you support students during the school day and at the after-school program before and after school hours. You contribute to a safe and positive learning environment and help students develop according to their individual needs. As a substitute teacher, you plan and conduct instruction independently. You lead and inspire students in their learning and also create structure and a productive working atmosphere in the classroom. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with upper secondary education and strong Swedish language skills in both speech and writing. Experience working with children is a plus. It is also advantageous if you have experience with neurodevelopmental disorders. As a person, you are organized, attentive, and have good collaboration skills. You are engaged and have a genuine interest in pedagogical work. Furthermore, you are flexible and responsible and place the student first. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
