About the Position Rosenberg School District is now seeking hourly substitutes who want to work in our elementary schools grades F–6 and afterschool programs. The school district consists of Rosenberg School, Fröjered School, and Ekedalen School – three schools with close collaboration and a shared focus on a future where knowledge, development, and faith in the future are at the center. As a substitute with us, you will be an important part of our operations and contribute to giving our students a meaningful and educational day, both in the classroom and during afterschool activities. Working as an hourly substitute means that you will replace regular staff as needed. Your work tasks can vary – sometimes you are responsible for teaching a class, sometimes you support individual students or small groups, and sometimes you participate in afterschool activities before or after the school day. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in children and young people's learning and development, who is flexible, responsible, and works well in collaboration with both students and colleagues. Previous experience working in schools or afterschool care is a merit, as is pedagogical education or ongoing teacher studies, but what is most important is that you have commitment and a positive attitude. Since work may take place at all elementary schools and afterschool programs in the school district, a driver's license is a merit. Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
