WORK TASKS As a temporary worker, you will provide support, care, and services based on the client's needs, decisions, and implementation plans. Your work tasks may include: • Personal care and practical support in daily life (e.g., hygiene, meals, activities) • Support in creating structure and security, e.g., through conversations, planning, and daily routines • Participation in leisure activities and social interaction • Health and medical care tasks as delegated by authorized personnel • Documentation in accordance with applicable legislation and guidelines The work takes place in the client's home or residential setting and requires flexibility, responsiveness, and independence. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in people and want to work with supporting others toward a more independent and meaningful life. To work with us, you need to: • Be at least 18 years old • Have good Swedish proficiency in speech and writing • Have basic digital competence Be empathetic, responsible, and have good collaboration skills. Salary form: Hourly wage. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 3-6 months, start date: by agreement.
