As temporary staff in our units, you are prepared to work at all our locations and will receive work shifts on an ongoing basis. Your Role As temporary staff, you contribute to making daily life at the preschool run smoothly and ensuring that care and daily pedagogical work are based on children's participation and choice. Together with other colleagues at the preschool, you help create a positive, meaningful, and developmental environment for each child and the entire group. You are engaged and participate actively in the preschool's education and teaching throughout the day. In daily contact with guardians, you are child-focused and service-oriented. Qualifications We are looking for you who are trained as a child care worker. You should have upper secondary education in the care program, children and youth, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. Your personal abilities and skills are characterized by empathetic ability where you can understand children's perspectives by listening and being curious while being secure in your role. You have good cooperation skills, good conduct, and work well with other people. Since no two days are the same, you need to be flexible, self-driven, and responsible and able to adapt to prevailing circumstances. Furthermore, you have a positive attitude toward your work. You need to have a good command of the Swedish language so you can quickly familiarize yourself with our routines and policies and be able to communicate with children, colleagues, and guardians. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities. Other Information We make selections based on CV and selection questions that you answer when you apply for the position and therefore do not accept personal letters. Continuous selection takes place during the recruitment process. The position includes a background check, and applicants must provide a digital criminal record certificate from the police's criminal records register for schools and preschools before employment.
