WORK DUTIES We offer you an important and varied job where you have the opportunity to make a difference. As a substitute, you will replace regular staff during absences. Your working hours may vary depending on the needs of the operation and are often determined on short notice. Since the workplace and tasks vary, it is important that you are flexible and comfortable with seeing and learning new ways of working. As a substitute at the preschools in Mullsjö, you will become part of the team where you work together to promote all children's development and learning. Teaching involves stimulating and challenging children with the preschool curriculum as a starting point and guide. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is social, communicative, responsible, and has good teamwork skills. We expect you to be a positive role model for the children and follow our values. You show commitment and interest in the children and participate in daily activities. You must master Swedish to a level that allows you to communicate with children, staff, and parents. You must be at least 18 years old. Personal suitability is weighted heavily. It is a plus if you have previous experience in educational work such as working at a preschool or other social services. A Class B driver's license and access to a car are a plus, but not required. We request a criminal record check from the police; please order this upon application. Employment type: Fixed-term contract. Duration: Start: Start as soon as possible or by agreement.
