JOB DUTIES
We can offer you creative and meaningful work as a temporary substitute staff member at our preschools. As a team member at the Staffing Unit, you have the opportunity to influence when you want to work. The Staffing Unit supports the municipality's operations with substitute staff. You are responsible for entering your availability in our booking system and we book you via SMS. The exact times you will work will vary and are often determined on short notice.
You are expected to perform the daily work that absent regular staff usually perform. The main task is to create a preschool that gives children opportunities and conditions to learn together in a creative environment. Your responsibility is to provide good care and ensure children's safety in daily work.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in children and their development. You have a positive attitude where enthusiasm and curiosity about learning are essential. As a person, you should be easy to work with and contribute to a positive work climate and an effective work team. You have the ability to build good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
If you have experience and/or education in childcare, that is a merit. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
To work in activities where children are present, you must provide a valid police certificate of good conduct, ordered from polisen.se, before employment can begin.
