Hourly Substitute Staff for Day Activity Program, Taberg

Do you want to work in direct social services by supporting people with functional variations in their development? We are now hiring hourly substitutes for our day activity program in Taberg. The work involves supporting people with acquired brain injury, intellectual disability, autism, dementia, and neuropsychiatric functional limitations in their development. At Nytida's day activity program, we have a main focus: the individual. That the program is individually designed is paramount to everything else. We start from the person's needs, interests, motivation, and above all, their resources. Therefore, the activities vary from person to person. For life to feel meaningful, something more is often needed. This could mean developing through physical activity, education, crafts, or simply getting to meet others to socialize and talk about life. About Sjöhultvägen's Day Activity Program Sjöhultvägen's day activity program is located in Taberg and serves adults with autism spectrum disorder, acquired brain injury, and/or intellectual disability. Our goal is to arrange tasks and activities that are meaningful and stimulating for participants. The day activity program should also help give participants a sense of belonging. We start from what the participant is interested in doing and their personal ability to perform different tasks and participate in activities. There are good bus connections to Jönköping. Your Experience and Knowledge We believe that you who apply to us: - are drawn to varied work that requires great knowledge of care and support, and enjoy meeting people in different situations. - are a creative person who dares to think independently and take responsibility. - enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues. We prefer that you are educated in this field and/or have worked a few years in care, or are currently studying something within this area. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also advantageous. Fluent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are required. A driver's license is required.
