Our operations We are recruiting for several support service operations: - Housing with special services (BmSS) – 24-hour operations. - Day activities – habilitation and work-oriented activities during daytime. - Residential support – support in clients' home environments, mainly daytime but also evenings and weekends. - Short-term housing for adults – time-limited support and care for adult clients. Placement is based on operational needs and your prior experience. Duties Work varies depending on the operation but may include: - Educational support in daily life - Personal care - Cooking, laundry, and other daily tasks - Activities and social support - Documentation and medication management according to delegation Challenging and self-injurious behaviors may occur in some of our operations. Temporary position: As a temporary staff member, you work as needed and set your own availability. Working hours vary between day, evening, weekend, and night shifts depending on the operation. Qualifications You must be at least 18 years old in accordance with regulations on youth working conditions AFS 2023:2 6 ch, 5, 6, and 8§ regarding solo work. Communication is an important part of the job, which requires that you have passed Swedish 1 or Swedish as a second language 1. If you do not meet the requirements in Swedish 1 or Swedish as a second language 1, you may be offered to take a language test through test provider Educateit. If you are trained as a support assistant, nursing assistant, or have other training that the employer deems equivalent, or are currently studying within care and health, educational, or social work, this is a merit. It is also a merit if you have experience working within care and health, educational, or social work. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for their tasks and the team's tasks.
