Job Responsibilities Working as an hourly substitute with us involves work in home care, specialized housing, or support services in an operation that runs 24/7, every day of the week, year-round. In home care, you provide support to service users in their own homes and assist with tasks they can no longer manage independently. This may include personal care such as dressing, hygiene, or eating, as well as social support during activities like walks or helping them participate in activities based on their interests. Work in specialized housing involves providing care and support to people with extensive needs who can no longer remain in their own homes. Here you work closely with residents to create a sense of security and good quality of life in their daily lives. In support services, your role is to contribute to security, participation, and quality of life for people with disabilities. You are an important part of creating structure, support, and meaningful days based on each individual's needs and circumstances. On-call evening/night shifts may be included. Qualifications Requirements: - Very good ability in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. To work in care of the elderly and adults with disabilities, a certificate of good conduct is required. Please bring the certificate if you are called for an interview. Merits: - A driver's license is an advantage but not always a requirement. Please indicate in your application whether you have a driver's license or not. - Previous experience working in support services, care, or social psychiatry.
