Hourly Substitutes Wanted for Little Kids Preschool

We are now looking for dedicated hourly substitutes who want to be part of our operations when regular staff are absent. About the Position: As an hourly substitute at Little Kids Preschool, you work as needed and may be offered shifts with short notice and in connection with planned absences. We would like you to have the ability to work at least 2–3 weekdays per week and appreciate if you can be available with short notice, since the need for substitutes often arises the same morning. Job Responsibilities: As an hourly substitute, you are an important part of the team and contribute to a safe, fun, and educational day for the children. You participate in the educational activities and support regular staff in daily work. Your job responsibilities may include: participating in the children's play, learning, and development, creating a safe and stimulating environment for the children, supporting children in their daily routines, such as meals, rest time, and outdoor activities, collaborating with other educators and following the preschool's routines and values. You do not need to be a trained preschool teacher or childcare worker to work as an hourly substitute with us. The most important thing is that you enjoy working with children, are responsible, and have a positive approach. We would like you to: have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, be flexible and able to adapt to different situations, be confident, engaged, and have good collaboration skills, take initiative and contribute to a positive work environment. Experience working in preschool or with children is a merit but not a requirement. Employment Type: Hourly employment as needed. Start Date: By agreement. We welcome your application!
