Given the above needs, relevant qualifications and solid experience working with this target group are required for the position. Job Responsibilities: • Support service users in daily activities according to individual needs and implementation plans. • Create a safe and respectful environment. • Handle challenging situations with calm and professionalism. • Document according to applicable procedures. • The work may include overnight on-call shifts. About You: We're looking for someone with relevant education, such as from the Care and Support program or vocational training in social pedagogy, psychiatry, or similar. You have very good Swedish in both speech and writing, and a valid B-category driver's license (required). Experience in care services, LSS, or psychiatry is required. You are calm, stable, professional, and can handle stress and conflict situations. You have good physical and mental stamina.
