About the Facility Bäckatrollet is an I Ur och Skur preschool where education and care take place both indoors and outdoors. Nature is an integral part of the activities and is used as a learning environment year-round in accordance with Lpfö 18. Responsibilities As a substitute teacher, you will work as needed with child groups and support daily operations. The work involves participating in children's play and activities, contributing to a safe environment, collaborating with regular staff, and following the preschool's routines. Qualifications We are looking for someone interested in working with children, comfortable being outdoors in all weather conditions, and who has a responsible and flexible approach. Experience or education in preschool is a plus but not required. Personal Qualities You are confident, attentive, and work well with others. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
