We are now looking for someone who wants to give that extra bit to make our elderly residents feel at home during the summer months. About the Position As a temporary hourly employee, your work will involve providing good care and support to the elderly. You will work from a person-centered approach and perform tasks including: Receive medication delegation from the RN (SSK) Conduct enjoyable activities Handle documentation and incident reports Together with your colleagues, take overall responsibility for planning and distributing work tasks Maintain clear communication with HSL staff; RN (SSK), rehabilitation staff, and on-call nurses Working Hours and Position: Varying hours. Day/evening/weekend/night shifts. Salary: We apply individual salary setting, other compensation according to collective agreement. Start Date: By agreement. Who Are You? We would like you to be a trained nursing assistant or care attendant with experience from senior living facilities or home care. In addition to education and experience, your personal qualities are equally important.
