Are you a licensed nurse looking for flexible and meaningful work? We are seeking temporary nurses for our operations.
About Us:
The Office of Health and Medical Care needs to recruit several nurses who can replace regular staff during absences for various reasons. In this role, you are expected to assist our operations within home healthcare, care and residential facilities, LSS, and social psychiatry.
We work from a holistic perspective where the patient is always in focus. With us, you will have the opportunity to fully utilize your nursing expertise, both in clinical work, in independent assessments, and in close collaboration with colleagues. Your role is meaningful, and here you have the opportunity to make a real difference every day. Together, we strive to create security, high quality, and respectful treatment for each patient. As a nurse with us, you work to promote health and prevent illness to strengthen the patient's health and well-being.
Your work duties include, among other things:
• Assessing patients' condition.
• Blood samples, infusions, dressing changes.
• Palliative care.
• Performing planned and acute health and medical care interventions.
Rounds are conducted in collaboration with the responsible physician at the health center where the patient is registered. In your role, you work both independently and in close cooperation with the team. You support and guide nursing staff, motivate, delegate, and contribute to shared learning. Documentation is performed in Treserva, planning is done in TES, and communication is handled via Lifecare.
Your Role in the Team:
With us, you communicate with both internal and external actors in a responsive, professional, and empathetic manner. Our approach is based on seeing the whole person, and this is where you have an important and central role. You are expected to contribute to development and quality work by identifying needs, leading improvements, and actively evaluating work processes.
As a final candidate, you must be able to present a criminal record certificate from the police for work in the home with elderly people and people with disabilities. This should not be attached to your application.
QUALIFICATIONS
You are a confident and stable nurse with a flexible and solution-oriented approach, and you enjoy working within different operations. You have the ability to delegate tasks clearly and responsibly, and you always put the patient's best interests first.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is a licensed nurse.
• Has a driver's license and good driving experience.
