We strongly believe in equal human value, and we need you to share that perspective. What We're Looking For We are seeking temporary staff for our group homes in Linköping. You must have a nursing assistant qualification or other education that the employer deems equivalent. It's also fine if you're currently studying to become a nursing assistant and are nearing the end of your studies. Experience working with this target group is a requirement. You may have experience with or knowledge of visual support methods, low-arousal approaches, managing challenging behavior, motivational interviewing, and/or sign language support. About the Role As a support assistant in a group home, you will support the residents in all aspects of their daily lives, such as cleaning, laundry, and cooking. Another important aspect of the work is documenting according to applicable regulations and reviewing documentation to stay up-to-date. During the summer, there will be a strong focus on activities and making the most of the residents' vacation, so you should enjoy when things happen. We operate 24/7 every day of the year, which means work hours are scheduled during day and evening shifts as well as weekends. On-call overnight duty is included in the position.
