Job Responsibilities

Your task with us is to provide our users with safe and good care, support in daily life, and stimulating leisure time.
You will receive introduction, training in general care, supervision, and training in medication and transfer techniques. Adapted computer systems will be used for documentation and planning, which you will receive training in.
Elderly Housing
At our elderly care facilities you will meet people in need of care and support. Tasks performed include daily hygiene, social interaction and activities, cleaning, meal assistance, laundry, certain health and medical services, and much more. You will also have contact with relatives and participate in social documentation.
Home Care
If you work in home care, you will meet people in their homes. Here you will help users with personal care such as hygiene, meals, social activities, accompaniment to doctor/community visits, and certain health and medical services based on individual user needs. Your work may also include everyday tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
Support Services Housing
Our users are people of different ages and those you help have varying disabilities and need different levels of help and support in daily life. The work includes contact with relatives, guardians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and schools. It typically also includes practical tasks such as cooking and housework. The work can sometimes be both challenging and physically demanding, which requires that you are confident in yourself.
Personal Assistance
As a personal assistant you are a human support to the user and should create opportunities for the person to live as independently as possible. Those you help have varying disabilities and need different levels of help and support in daily life. You will among other things participate in leisure activities, visits to shops, meals, dressing, and personal hygiene. The assignment also includes practical work tasks that occur in a home, such as cooking and housework. The work can sometimes be both challenging and physically demanding, which requires that you are confident in yourself.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is empathetic, engaged, calm, and responsible with a genuine interest in working with people.
Qualifications
To be considered for this recruitment, you need to meet the following:
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, oral and written
• Good computer skills
• Driver's license (for home care and support services)
• Work 2 days per week
• Extract from the police criminal record registry called kontroll av egna uppgifter
Meritorious
It is meritorious if you:
• Relevant education for the profession
• Relevant experience in the profession
• Experience with the current target group
• A few years of work experience
