Hourly Substitute / Childcare Worker at Ekhagens Preschool in Lerum

We are seeking an hourly substitute/childcare worker who can support our operations during regular staff absences, such as due to illness. About the Facility Ekhagens Preschool is a small parent cooperative in Lerum with approximately 30 children divided into two departments. The facility is characterized by small child groups, high staff-to-child ratios, and close collaboration between educators and guardians. The work is Reggio Emilia-inspired, with children's curiosity and exploration at the center. About the Role As an hourly substitute, you will be part of the work team and participate in daily activities based on current needs. You will work alongside regular staff and help maintain structure, security, and continuity within the child group. Duties include, among others: Participation in the child group's activities and routines throughout the day Support for children in play, care, and learning Collaboration with colleagues to ensure a safe and well-functioning operation The facility is organized on two floors in the same building, and work may occur on both departments. About You You have an interest in working with children You are confident, responsible, and flexible You have good collaborative skills and can start work with short notice Experience working in preschool or with children is a merit, but not required.
