At Allegio Omsorg, we employ nursing assistants, care aides, and facility cleaners. We are nothing without our skilled employees! We are constantly developing our operations and work with quality assurance including self-inspections. We provide care and services to our customers through assistance decisions. Based on the customer's needs, we work together to create a secure service tailored to their needs and wishes. We actively work with contact management to meet our customers' needs and routines. In the best possible way, we prioritize small work teams with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in our operations – we can always improve. Are you the one we are looking for? We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with individual people, and it is very important that you respect our customers and provide the absolute best service. Requirements for the position are that you can work independently, but also in a team as the work sometimes requires two employees. It is important that you speak and write Swedish fluently and have telephone experience to read digital schedules and instructions. It may occur that our customers have pets, so you also need to be comfortable with animals and have no allergies. If you are a nursing assistant, have a class B driver's license, and speak and write Swedish fluently, you will have priority for a fixed-term position with us. Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis.
