On-Call Kitchen Assistant, School Restaurant at Göteborgs Högre Samskola

At Göteborgs Högre Samskola, we have two school restaurants with two production kitchens. We are now seeking kitchen assistants who can work on an as-needed basis—someone we can call in the morning when any of our regular staff are sick, on parental leave, or unavailable for other reasons. Working hours vary but are scheduled for weekdays, Monday through Friday. As a kitchen assistant, you will assist the chefs in the kitchen or other kitchen assistants with tasks such as working in the salad buffet, serving, and dishwashing. You are our face to the public, a joy to be around, and service-minded. We would appreciate if you are creative, take initiative, and are self-directed. A strong passion for food is a plus.
