You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Because of you, those living with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging. As a nursing assistant/care aide, you play a key role in a team with a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist who work closely together. About Villa Kristineberg The residential facility opened in March 2026 and consists of 60 apartments distributed across three floors with a focus on dementia and somatic care. Each unit has a shared kitchen and pleasant spaces for socializing and meals. We collaborate with the company Ung Omsorg (Young Care). This means a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg arranges various activities to enhance the lives of our residents. You will have a group manager who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operation. Becoming a group manager can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. We work with animals in care and have regular visits from therapy dogs. Your Experience and Knowledge We believe that you who apply to us: - are attracted to work that is varied and requires extensive knowledge of care and service, but also a talent for meeting people in different situations. - are a creative person who dares to think independently and take responsibility. - enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues. We would like to see that you are a trained nursing assistant/care aide or have equivalent experience working in elder care. Good knowledge of Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunity to grow.
