Temporary Customer Service Substitute at our Fridhemsplan Office Are you looking for a flexible part-time job where you'll become an integral part of an engaged team? Do you enjoy talking with people, providing professional service, and working at a fast pace? If you see yourself working with us under these conditions for at least six months (preferably longer), you might be the person we're looking for. To give you the best possible start, we conduct an introductory training of at least three days. After that, you're expected to work independently with support from the team when needed. About the Role We're looking for a temporary substitute who can step in as needed when someone on our team is sick, on vacation, or away for other reasons. We therefore cannot guarantee a specific number of hours per month, but for the right person, we offer an important role in our operations and a workplace where you become part of the community. You'll work alongside our team at Fridhemsplan, where we handle incoming calls and emails for several different companies, including law firms. In total, we have 14 people on the team, and typically 8 employees work at the same time. Every day we handle around 1,000 incoming calls and approximately 100 emails, making this work perfect for you if you thrive in a dynamic environment where things are constantly happening. Are comfortable working with computers and web connections, such as calendars and external systems. Previous experience in customer service, phone reception, or similar work is a plus, but your attitude and willingness to provide good service is what matters most.
