The client seeking a female assistant needs help and support in her daily life. You will be an extension of the woman's arms and legs, helping her communicate with others. Since the woman lives in her own home, your role as a personal assistant also includes supporting her with everyday tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and cooking. Working hours are scheduled for daytime, evening, on-call nights, and weekends. Some of the time involves working with two assistants together. The workplace is wherever the client is located, including her home, with friends, at the stable, and at various activities. As an assistant, you work well in collaboration, are engaged, see solutions, and are flexible. Since the client's daily routine includes various types of training, it is important that you have an interest in the body and how it functions so you can best support the client. The training includes horseback riding, pool exercises, and exercises based on conductive pedagogy. The woman spends some time at the stable, so it is important that you do not have fur allergies or fear horses. We also see that as an assistant, you have an eye for detail, that you sense situations, that you are positive and calm.
