We are seeking someone who wants to work as a temporary staff member to fill in during regular staff absences. If you have the opportunity to continue as an hourly substitute after the summer, that would be greatly appreciated, as we believe in building long-term relationships! The client seeking a female assistant needs help and support in her daily life. You will be her extended arms and legs and help her communicate with others. Since the woman lives in her own home, your role as a personal assistant also includes supporting her with everyday tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and cooking. Working hours include daytime, evening, on-call night shifts, and weekends. Some shifts involve double staffing with two assistants. The workplace is wherever the client is, including her home, friends' places, the stables, and activities. As an assistant, you work well in collaboration, are engaged, see solutions, and are flexible. Since the client's daily routine involves various types of training, it is important that you have an interest in the body and how it functions so you can support the client in the best way. The training includes riding, pool training, and exercises according to conductive pedagogy. The woman spends some time at the stables, so it is important that you do not have pet allergies or are afraid of horses. We also see that you as an assistant have an eye for detail, that you can sense situations, that you are positive and reassuring.
