The client seeking a female assistant needs help and support in her daily life. You will be her extended arms and legs and help her communicate with others. Since the woman lives in her own home, your role as a personal assistant also includes supporting her with everyday tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and cooking. Working hours are scheduled for daytime, evening, on-call nights, and weekends. Part of the time involves double staffing with two assistants. The workplace is wherever the client is located, including her home, friends' homes, the stable, and various activities. As an assistant, you work well with others, are engaged, see solutions, and are flexible. Since the client's daily life includes various types of training, it is important that you have an interest in the body and how it functions so you can support the client in the best way. The training includes horseback riding, pool exercises, and exercises following conductive education methods. The woman spends some time at the stable, so it is important that you do not have pet allergies or are afraid of horses. We also see that as an assistant, you pay attention to details, sense situations well, are positive, and feel secure.
