About the Assignment As a substitute teacher, you step in when regular staff members are absent. This can happen on short notice, so you need to be flexible and able to be on-site quickly. Your work tasks vary, but primarily involve leading the class, creating structure, and supporting students in their work. We prefer that you have experience working in schools or with children and young people. Experience working with students who need extra support is a plus. To be able to work with us, we require that you have completed B2 level studies in Swedish if Swedish is your second language.
