Through, among other things, the school's relative small size, we have good and close collaboration between colleagues. The school is organized in small self-managing work teams that are tasked with collaborating around the students in the team. At school, we work according to our values: knowledge, security, participation, and development. Your work tasks involve working with currently assigned tasks from preschool to grade 6. As a substitute teacher, you will work both during the school day and in after-school care. We would like you to be able to conduct instruction up to grade 6. We would like you to be studying to become a teacher or be a trained childcare worker, or have other equivalent education that the employer finds suitable. We also want you to enjoy working with children and be able to work both independently and in groups with others. You need to have good Swedish in both speech and writing. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. The position is a general temporary employment that replaces the regular staff during vacation, illness, or other absence during daytime.
