Within Residential Services and Support, your service users may consist of both elderly and younger people with disabilities. Depending on where you work, your workplace may be in a group home, service housing, short-term/leisure facilities, or in the user's own home. Examples of work tasks include supporting the user in their daily life, leisure time, and care and nursing tasks. Our working hours can vary and may include, for example, day, evening, and weekend shifts, nights, or on-call duty. In your application, you can specify which working hours you prefer. QUALIFICATIONS You must be at least 18 years old, and it is meritorious if you have an educational background from the Care Program or equivalent, or if you have previously worked in healthcare. It is meritorious if you have knowledge and experience in medication handling and have had medication delegation. You also need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. It is also meritorious if you have experience with documentation. As a person, we want you to be flexible, responsive to others' needs, thorough, service-oriented, solution-focused, and have good interpersonal skills. You also find it easy to collaborate with your manager, colleagues, and other professions, and you can work equally well independently or in a team. During your work shift, you have ultimate responsibility for ensuring that service users receive safe and secure care. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, and if you become a candidate for employment, you will be offered an introduction. A B driver's license is meritorious.
