Substitute Caregiver for Childcare Position in Nässjö

About the Role As an assistant, you will be her great support in matters of training, play, development, and assisting in family life. She lives with her family in Nässjö. Work shifts consist of picking up the girl when she comes home from afterschool activities, followed by play, training, activities, and support in family interaction in the afternoon. There may also be a need for assistance during school breaks and weekends. Part of your work will be helping the girl communicate with the outside world and assisting with personal hygiene. What We Require You are a woman who enjoys working with children and has experience as a personal assistant or in similar work. It is important that you, as an assistant, are calm, responsible, and patient in order to best help the girl progress in training and development. You should be responsive to the girl's daily condition. The personal chemistry between you, the girl, and her family is important. The position provides valuable experience working with people and demonstrates responsibility. Documentation is part of the role, so you must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. To be considered for this position, you must be a non-smoker. There are certain physical tasks, but heavier lifting is performed using a lift when moving, for example between bed and wheelchair, as well as assistance with personal hygiene.
