Welcome to us! 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a temporary substitute in our operations, you replace regular staff during acute absences and planned absences. In our operations, you work with young people who have various functional variations, primarily within the autism spectrum. You actively work for student participation and adapt your work approach based on their needs to help them reach as far as possible. During school hours, you serve as support for students during lessons, during breaks, assist teachers, and collaborate with teachers and other resources. After school hours, we conduct LSS leisure activities for our students where you, together with other colleagues, carry out various activities with the students. Our LSS leisure services are important in giving our students the opportunity for the support they need to live as independently and actively as possible. QUALIFICATIONS Experience and strong interest in working with students within the autism spectrum, NPF and IF is desirable. You are positive and see more than one way to master new skills as something natural. We are looking for someone with education in the care and nursing program with a focus on functional disabilities or the children's and leisure program with a focus on pedagogical and social work, alternatively other education that the employer considers appropriate. It is meritorious to have experience and knowledge in low-affect confrontation and a pedagogical background as well as experience working in LSS operations. You must master the Swedish language both verbally and in writing. As a person, you are responsible, have a respectful manner, are calm and confident. You have good collaboration skills and can work both independently and in groups. You are flexible and responsive in your work approach and can contribute to a positive work environment. You should have students' needs at the center and have a professional manner towards students, guardians, and colleagues. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability and relevant competence. Salary form: Hourly wage. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: Start date 2026-08-24. Hourly paid, based on need during absences.
